Shipping policy

Our Policy is to ship items purchased within 24 - 48 hours of cleared funds by the method selected & purchased at checkout. This is dependant on Time Ordered and the product.

Our cut off for next Day Collection is 11am.

Picking of Orders Cut off time is 1400hrs.

If you place an order after 1pm we cannot guarantee collection the following day, It will be presumed as the Day after order placement.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday:- 10:00 - 15:00

Friday:- 10.00 - 15:00

Saturday / Sunday:- Closed 

All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure you receive your item/s within a reasonable time,1-2 days in general for all UK postcodes but on the whole they are delivered next day.

Small Envelope/ Large Envelopes are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. The deliveries for these items can vary between 2 - 7 Days for delivery.

Tracked Items are By Royal Mail, for their Tracked services then please view their policies/ Delivery Guidelines  

We cannot gaurantee postal services as this on a the whole out of our control. This depends on Seasonal Patterns and any restrictions that have been put in the way by others.

All orders have tracking information attached to the purchase once confirmed and despatched. Customers will receive tracking information.
